Did my threshold testing this weekend. I am officially 10% stronger then I was a in November. The impressive thing was not that I was stronger, but that the need to hurl (like last time) was replaced with the strength and energy to go for a ride afterwards. The ability to recover after hard efforts will be key in my big races this year.
I am so strong now look at what I did to my pedals the next day. Yeah, I am bad ass now. Or was that fat ass? Uhh, never mind.
