Pictures and shout out.
So, you may have noticed the new header. After listening to both of the readers of this blog complain that the old picture made them want to cry because of the degradation of society, I made changes. All of these pictures are from Arrowhead and are thanks to Jeremy Kershaw who can be found here, here, and his race is here. Top notch stuff.

I followed your story last time when you raced Arrowhead and had your Asthma attack. Can you tell me how the mask helped you. I am looking into getting such a mask to control my Asthma also. Any suggestions on Models??

Wooww... England seems to be very extremely cold! ooh..i live in the warm-all-the-time-country, so snow is such a wondrous thing to me!! ^_^
