It is the regular offset, 46mm I think, instead of the 51mm. I actually like the bigger offset a hair better, but it is not a life changer. The biggest change to the bike that I have enjoyed is the Rock Shox rear shock over the Fox RP23. I plan a "review" soon enough.
Hey thanks for the response Charly. Just curious about the offset since I think I see people like Shultz, JHK, Willow, and Batty running the XX Reba on their sf's too. Was wondering if it screwed with the stable g2 handling that I love so much...
If I had a choice, I would run the 51mm offset. I don't have a choice. It is not dramatic, but I would slightly prefer the G2 fork. It is worth it do have the Reba over the Fox as it is more adjustable and I love the remote lockout. I was given the option to run all the SRAM stuff and did it with out hesitation. I really dig it.
Just a reminder. All forks came with 38mm offset until the G2 geo. Then manufacturers woke up and started producing their standard forks with 46mm offset, much more like G2.

About the "victory speech". I am not sure if people get my humor sometimes, but hopefully it was understood by most I was trying to be funny. Seems like you "got it". Thanks.
I was raised in the "hood", self-taught to survive on scraps of old inner tubes and changing bike tires with my teeth. Life is a struggle for me not to be another statistic that so many become after being raised in a caucasion middle class family. I now am a husband, bike mechanic, land lord, stay at home dad, and wannabe mountain bike racer.

Hey Charly, nice work on the V. Just have a question for you about your SF100 setup; does the Reba XX have the g2 offset or a regular 44mm offset?
Thanks and see you at the races. Nate.

Sippin on gin and juice, NateD
Or else maybe it's fixing the g2 geometry that isn't so great?
Not saying that's what it is, but interesting to see that Mr. Tri isn't alone in doing this.
To each his own.
btw- congrats on the win. There were a lot of fast guys at the WORS race today on that bike too.
NateD and Mr. Wilson-

Hmm... Learn something new, let something learned go out of memory. Look forward to your review of the sram/truvativ/avid/rockshox stuff.
