Second one I will not elaborate on, but it has be doing wheelies. It involves me racing my bike. A hint? What was old is new again.
I did my second run of the year the other day. The first one was in the Triathlon I competed in. I am looking to diversify my training some this winter while still rolling around some. I knocked out a 2 mile run and felt like I had simply walked out to get the paper.
Oh, and the hiking I have been doing has to count for something as well. Strap on an 8 1/2 pound baby on your chest and it "should" make the going tougher.
